The water program financed by Lux Dev in the city of Mitrovica and neighboring municipalities Vushtrri, Skenderaj, and Mitrovica North has been evaluated by the project. A risk assessment was conducted by the consultant to identify potential risks and challenges associated with the water program. Relevant data and documentation related to the water program were collected during the project. The performance of the water program was evaluated against established criteria, as well as its compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and contractual requirements. Findings and recommendations resulting from the assessment were prepared and communicated to the funding agency, beneficiary, and other relevant stakeholders.
