KIWER has been tasked with developing a standardized reporting platform in accordance with the current legislation for all stakeholders involved in waste management, including municipalities and waste management service providers. Project has standardized data collection methods, formats, terminology, and definitions to ensure consistency and compatibility across different waste management systems and reporting entities. Project has developed data standards, guidelines, and templates for reporting to facilitate accurate and reliable data collection and reporting. The project assessed the availability and suitability of technology solutions, software platforms, and data management systems for implementing the standardized reporting framework. This platform assisted the Environmental Protection Agency in efficiently collecting and analyzing reported data, as well as evaluating the progress made.
