KIWER was tasked to carry out Feasibility study, ESIA and main design for Cthe Composting Plant in Gjilan which is listed as the priority project in the Integrated Waste Management Strategy 2021 – 2030 and Waste Management Action Plan 2021 – 2023. The Activities carried out by the project included: Market Analysis; Feedstock scenarios and technology; Site Selection; Cost and revenue forecast; Stakeholder Analysis; Risk assessment; Detailed Design and ESIA.
