KIWER was tasked to carry out Feasibility study, ESIA and main design for Civic Amenity Centres in Gjakova and Skenderaj. Both projects were listed as priority projects in the Integrated Waste Management Strategy 2021 – 2030 and Waste Management Action Plan 2021 – 2023. The Activities carried out by the project included: Market Analysis; Site Selection; Cost and revenue forecast; Stakeholder Analysis; Risk assessment; Detailed Design; and ESIA.
