KIWER was tasked with reviewing and recommending the most feasible operating and
business model for managing the Savina Stena landfill in accordance with local legislation. The project examined various options aimed at providing high-quality services at the lowest cost. It involved developing the business plan for the future company, including an employment plan to calculate wages, service costs, and expenses associated with the landfill, as well as projecting revenues from landfill gate fees. The findings of this study assisted the client in determining the optimal business model.
