As a subcontractor to ASPA Utilities, KIWER has been entrusted by Lux Dev to conduct The Final Evaluation of the Lux DEV Project KSV/018, which entails providing Institutional and Technical Support for the Water Supply System in the Mitrovica Region (Phased II). This strategic initiative involves a comprehensive risk assessment to identify potential risks and challenges associated with the water program.
Throughout the project, the Consultant will meticulously gather relevant data and documentation pertaining to the water program. This information will serve as the basis for evaluating the program’s performance against established criteria, as well as its adherence to applicable laws, regulations, policies, and contractual obligations.
The culmination of this assessment will yield valuable findings and strategic recommendations, which will be meticulously prepared and effectively communicated to the funding agency, the beneficiary, and other key stakeholders.
