KIWER has been entrusted with a project by GIZ and the EU to craft a sophisticated business plan and operational model for the Savina Stena Landfill in Zvecan, Kosovo. The mission involves a comprehensive review and strategic recommendation of the most viable operating and business model for effectively managing the Savina Stena landfill while adhering to local regulations.
The project’s strategic approach encompasses evaluating diverse options to deliver top-tier services at optimal costs. This includes formulating a robust business plan for the prospective company, integrating an employment strategy to calculate wages, service expenses, and landfill-related costs, as well as forecasting revenues derived from landfill gate fees.
